Description: An account manager (AM) is a person who works for a company and is responsible for the management of sales and relationships with particular customers. An account manager maintains the companys existing relationships with a client or group of clients, so that they will continue using the company for business.

Requirements: Excellent revenue management skills with experience of budgets, P&Ls and forecasting. Working with colleagues to share skills, knowledge, resources and networks. Highly focused, have excellent communication skills, be motivated and professional in appearance and presentation.

Detail-oriented, organized and very flexible with working extended hours
Energetic with a positive attitude
Degree in Hospitality management
Minimum 4 years hotel leadership experience, including Guest Service Supervisory/Management experience
Leadership skills
Personal interaction skills
Understanding of Cost Controlling
Experienced in Interviewing and hiring, disciplinary action, coaching, counselling
Proficient in Windows - Word, Excel, Experience in Property Management Softwares, Revenue Management Systems desired.
Language: fluent in English (essential); plus, any of the following, Arabic Chinese, Russian, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese (preferred)
