- Looking for an HR & Admin Officer to run the daily functions of the HR and Admin Dept. and oversee the general Administrative activities of the office.
Handle the employee’s Life-cycle stages; Sourcing, Interviewing, Selecting, Documentation, Salary, Offer letter, On-boarding, Induction, HR Policy, Attendance management, Accommodation, Performance standard, Salary process, Statutory benefits, Appraisal, Exit and Final settlement.
Organize and maintain personnel records and update the HRMS accordingly.
Update internal database.
Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides.
Coordinate with PRO continuously on government related matters.
Revise company policies.
Liaise with external partners (e.g. insurance vendors, Travel Agents, etc.)
Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics
Answer employees’ queries about HR-related issues.
Assist Accounting/Payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. absence leaves, sick days, work schedules, etc.)
Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms.
Organize and participate in HR projects (e.g. conferences, training, job fairs, etc.)
Facilitate maintenance of office equipment including cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.
Provide general and specific administrative support.
Respond to and resolve HR and administrative inquiries and questions.
Maintain inventory of office supplies; order new supplies as needed.
Maintain office files.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Experience: 5 years
- Bachelor degree
- Bachelors’ degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in HR and Admin field.
HR Certifications a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
Proficient or able to quickly learn the organization HRIS and talent management systems.
