Description: Plumber Foreman
Requirements & Responsibilities:
*Plans and lays out work from oral and written instructions.
*Assigns and supervises the work of plumbing personnel engaged in the installation, repair, and maintenance of water, air, gas, hot water heating and distribution systems.
*Supervises and inspects the installation and repair of plumbing pipes, sinks, traps, valves, faucets, vents, pumps, and similar equipment, fixtures, and apparatus.
*Must be able to understand drawings & details, material finishes, site requirements.
*Manage and control the site for daily working on construction projects to ensure safety Plan sequence of work and plan for construction work.
*Make sure unused materials are accounted coordinate with logistics to schedule delivery of needed materials and labor requests.
*Make sure the project proceeds in a timely manner according to the work plans.
*Make sure quality and speed remain paramount to the success of all the projects.
*Handle tools and materials inventory for each project.
*Manage and review designs in coordination with technical standards.
*Minimum 4 years of experience in construction filed (Plumbing)
*Responsible for the supervision of plumbing site works, including labour force, quality control and coordination with clients and management
*Responsible for all plumbing related works.
*Supervise the team

The position is full time Sunday - Thursday with a competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
