ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Selected candidates should be able to maintain office security through following safety procedures.
Ideal applicants should be able to ensure that all reception area is tidy and presentable with stationery and materials.
Preferred candidates should be able to great and also welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
Interested applicants should be able to receive and distribute daily mails or deliveries.
Candidates should be able to do screening,answering and forwarding of incoming phone calls.
Applicants should be able to Perform all clerical duties related to the reception like filing, photocopying and transcribing.
Selected candidates should have a bachelors degree or related to apply for the vacancy.
Ideal applicants should have hands on experience with all reception or similar role.
Preferred candidates should have ability to be resourceful and proactive during arising of issues.
Interested applicants should have a good communication skill both verbal and written to talk to clients.
Candidates should have a good computer skill with a good proficient knowledge of Ms office applications.
Applicants should have an excellent organizational and multitasking with a good time management skill.
