- Description
- 1. Act as the point of contact between the DM and internal/external clients
2. Screen phone calls, importance call analysis and distribute correspondence with DM
3. Handle requests and queries appropriately, screening from down stream
4. Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments of DM with helps down stream
5. Make travel arrangements in respect to requirement.
6. Produce reports, presentations and briefs from downstream.
7. Travel with various business sectors with DM.
8. Handles all required things during travels.
- Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
MS Office and English proficiency
Outstanding organisational and time management skills
Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Discretion and confidentiality
High School degree
PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage
