Description

Your strategic responsibility as a Marketing Manager will include but not limited to:

Develop, plan, and implement marketing strategy for the agency.
Design and execute 360-degree marketing plans for the agency and clients.
Analyze market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitors, and any other relevant statistics.
Lead and motivate the marketing team, ensuring efficient and productive outcomes in align with organization strategy.
Set KPI’s of the marketing team, design an assessment tool, manage, and identify training & development needs and programs.
Conduct market research and plan digital marketing budget.
Identify new channels and opportunities for the business growth.
Build, and maintain a solid relationship with existing and potential clients.
Understand client’s requirements and liaise with the marketing team to deliver the utmost level of client service and maintain high level of client interaction and satisfaction.
Forecast performance trends and evaluate market conditions and act proactively to assess internal effectiveness.
Be involved in growing the team by identifying talent requirements and be part of the recruitment process.
Requirements
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
