Description: Urgently looking for a Clinical Psychologist with MOH for a private hospital in UAE. Candidate should have good communication and personality. Willing to join immediately. Assessing a client s needs abilities or behavior using a variety of methods including psychometric tests interviews and direct observation of behavior Devising and monitoring appropriate treatment programs including therapy counseling or advice

Responsibilities

Evaluate mental and emotional disorders of individuals
Select, administer, score, and interpret psychological tests and complete psychological assessments, interviews patients in clinics or on-site
Treats psychological disorders to effect improved adjustments utilizing various psychological techniques; selects appropriate treatment approach and plans frequency, intensity, and duration of individual, group, and family therapies.
Work closely with the Operations team and streamline policies and procedures as per DHA regulations.
Document therapy in accordance with policies and procedures regarding medical records; implement and adhere to policies that ensure patient confidentiality.
Develop and implement clinical research programs.
Participate in training programs as a supervisor of the team.
Initiate, design, collaborate and report on psychological research or program evaluation.
Write articles for publication.
Compile and analyze statistics.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements: Psychologist Requirements:
Doctorate in psychology.
Experience working as a psychologist.
Strong listening, observation, and communication skills.
Highly analytical mindset.
Empathy and sensitivity when working with patients.
Expert diagnostic skills.
