- We are looking to hire a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with regulations, and support financial decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records including ledgers, invoices, and expense reports.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and payments.
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
Assist in the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and reports.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with tax filings.
Collaborate with auditors during financial audits and implement recommendations.
Monitor financial transactions and ensure proper documentation and internal controls.
Support payroll processing and related financial activities.
Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations.
