Description
 Received and recorded invoices and arranged payments.
 Preparing regular reports and summaries of accounting activities.
 Maintain bank account; cash counting & deposit to bank.
 Invoicing
 Full knowledge of receivable and payable.
 Prepared purchase bills
 Verify summary statements of customers.
 Booking of invoices for creditors for expenses with all proper.
 Preparation of monthly statement for creditor for expenses.
 Cash Flow statement
 Preparation of Management Accounts & Profit and Loss statements.
 Daily Ledger and Bookkeeping.
 Stock taking, inventory costing.
 Filing of quarterly Tax Returns (VAT) •
 Preparing Financial Statements for the Company.
 Maintaining Petty Cash and Printing of Cheques for Payables.
 Regular follow up on receivables.
 Payroll
Requirements
Experience: 3 years minimum
Bachelor Degree is an advantage
Female preferred
