Preparing regular reports and summaries of accounting activities.
Maintain bank account; cash counting & deposit to bank.
Invoicing
Full knowledge of receivable and payable.
Prepared purchase bills
Verify summary statements of customers.
Booking of invoices for creditors for expenses with all proper.
Preparation of monthly statement for creditor for expenses.
Cash Flow statement
Preparation of Management Accounts & Profit and Loss statements.
Daily Ledger and Bookkeeping.
Stock taking, inventory costing.
Filing of quarterly Tax Returns (VAT) •
Preparing Financial Statements for the Company.
Maintaining Petty Cash and Printing of Cheques for Payables.
Regular follow up on receivables.

- Experience: 3 years minimum
- Bachelor Degree is an advantage
